Weekly classes every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. The instructor is a seasoned veteran of the ring, professional boxer Tuomo Eronen.

Under Tuomo's guidance, you'll improve your fitness and learn boxing techniques in a good and encouraging atmosphere.

You can participate in the weekly classes by purchasing a membership.

Sparrers

Take your boxing skills to the next level in a goal-oriented yet encouraging training environment. The Hobbyists group is designed for boxers who already have a solid grasp of basic boxing techniques and want to learn how to apply their skills in practice.

The sessions focus on combining techniques, understanding fight situations, and controlled contact. Training develops rhythm, timing, movement, and fight awareness – safely and under professional guidance. Sparring is part of the training, always adjusted to the participants’ skill level and readiness.

After School Boxing youth classes give young people the opportunity to get acquainted with the sport and learn the basics of boxing in a relaxed and encouraging environment.

The classes organized by Old School Boxing Gym are free of charge and open to all young people aged 7–18, regardless of skill level.
