These terms of delivery are valid from 14.12.2024.

Online Store

The store sells products to adult individuals. Product prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart through an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for any other purpose than the delivery of the order or clarification of any ambiguities that may arise, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and committed to the current terms of delivery.

Payment and Payment Methods

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service, from where we will direct the matter to Paytrail if necessary.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We will show an estimate of future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You will see the exact delivery costs after you have selected the desired payment and delivery methods for your order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At the checkout, you can choose the most suitable option from the available delivery methods, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is presented.

Delivery Time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are indicated if there are products out of stock in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you immediately after ordering of any possible delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform about exceptional delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to collect is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem Situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error no later than 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Cancellation Right and Return Conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the transport company of your chosen delivery method.
