Advanced is aimed at those who have practiced the sport and are aiming for more advanced technical skills and personal development.
The course covers the basics of match technique and training, as well as the rules of boxing. Individual coaching offers the opportunity to refine skills and progress to the next level.

The course provides a strong foundation for starting competitive boxing β either as a hobby or as goal-oriented competitive sports. After the course, you can move directly to the goal-oriented group, where Kuopion Riento's competitive boxing team also trains. Practices take place at the city center Gym and Savilahti's Luola.
