Recommended age is at least 16 years old.
To participate in the classes, you need a gym membership or a purchased single-visit pass. You can buy a single-visit pass on the gym.

Everyone trains at their own level, and with Tuomo's guidance, everyone gets the best possible benefit.
During the Sunday classes, we systematically go through all the basic techniques of the sport. These classes are like a continuous foundational course that deepens your understanding and skills with each session. The Sunday classes are led by Heikki Tenhunen.
The Sunday classes are excellent for beginners who want to get into the sport in a controlled manner. It is also useful for more experienced enthusiasts who want to strengthen and refine their basic techniques through precise repetitions. Here, you can progress at your own pace and ensure your foundations are solid.
For equipment, you only need clothing and shoes suitable for indoor sports. Your own hand wraps and gloves are recommended, but our gym also has loaner gloves and high-quality gloves available for purchase on-site.
