The price includes a 3-month membership. The minimum age is 13 years.

During the beginner course sessions, we systematically go through the fundamental boxing techniques. The classes form a continuous beginner course that deepens your understanding and skills with each session. These classes are also beneficial for more experienced practitioners who want to strengthen and refine their fundamentals through precise repetition.
Fitness boxing sessions combine versatile physical training, technical practice, and challenging yet enjoyable workouts. The classes are suitable for all levels – whether you are a beginner or a more experienced trainee. Everyone trains at their own level, and under Tuomo’s guidance, everyone gets the maximum benefit from the session.
You only need clothing and shoes suitable for indoor sports. Your own hand wraps and gloves are recommended, but we also provide loaner gloves and high-quality gloves available for purchase at the gym.
